Setting up a home office space is never easy, especially when it’s your first time doing so, and your not sure how to optimize your approved space and are unsure of which end is up of the home office area. 1. Decide where in your home you will be setting up your space. Choose somewhere with lots of natural lighting and open space, to avoid the small cluttered feeling.
2. Make lists! Decide what exactly your space will need, and what you have to buy versus what you already own for your office.
3. Purchase Proper workspace lighting. The right type of lighting is essential for working late nights or studying into the early hours. choose what wattage of light you would like, as well as the type of bulb, whether its regular or energy saving.
4.Storage! Most home office’s come with some form of drawer space, but this can be optimized even more by setting up a file cabinet within the drawers, or using a filing cabnet within the same space. Files keep things neat and separated. Stores also offer desk drawer organizers.
